This dance, using the music of "Meng4 Li3" is specially choreographed for Mdm Chen Lili and the other teachers, to express the dancers' gratitude to them for all their patience & care in teaching/training them. This dance was choreographed by Wu Xiaoyuan, the president of the current batch of dancers. The costumes and fans of the dance were also made by the dancers themselves. Looks like their hardwork has indeed paid off, from how well the item was received.
